Inspired by the paint application employed by artists Misheck Masamvu and Oscar Murillo, seen in their painting on show at Zeitz MOCAA, the Painting Play Family Learning Workshop will introduce children and their parents/guardians to experimentation. Participants will mix different mediums into paint and apply the paint in unconventional ways to create textured artworks of their own.
Run by Amy Cornfield, the Family Learning Workshops enable parents/guardians and their children to share a creative experience and develop their engagement with art together. Materials and equipment are provided along with a snack break.

Participants must make their way down to the Centre for Art Education (CFAE) on level -1 of the museum by 10.25 am
Cost:
Children enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
