Welcome Drink:
‘Bloody vial’ – Bloody Mary cocktail, served in a vial.
Starter:
Potted salmon, cucumber, crème Fraiche and watercress cauldron.
Intermediate:
‘Smoking allowed’ – Table-smoked filet mignon, turmeric root crumb and black herb sponge.
Mains:
‘Red Mural’ -Duck breast coated with marjoram spice and orange, red currant butter, caramelised onion with black garlic and pickled saffron carrots
