On Saturday 31 August, join the Education team for a Family Learning Workshop as we engage with all things glamorous and bling. Starting with a close look at the magnificent Athi-Patra Ruga monument, Proposed Model for Tseko Simon Nkoli Memorial in our permanent collection, Selections from the Collection currently on show on level 2 at the Zeitz MOCAA, we will spend the morning making fabulous jewellery and precious objects to wear, display or gift. We will have lots of embellishing beautiful objects that celebrate and/or memorialise someone or something significant in our lives.
The Zeitz MOCAA’s Family Learning Workshops at the Centre for Art Education (CFAE) enable parents/guardians and their children to share a creative experience and develop their engagement with art, together. Materials and equipment are provided along with a snack break.
