Children’s Spring Holiday Programme—’Skybound: Sparkle & Explore’

Sep 1, 2026

Spring into action this September with our high-flying children’s holiday programme in the BMW Centre for Art Education at Zeitz MOCAA.

Three dynamic days of fun in our studio for young creatives, focusing on things that float, fly, swing and sway, with multiple exciting offerings to explore across each day!

This holiday programme is offered in an open studio format where children can choose from a variety of activities at multiple stations. Our projects are shaped by the museum’s colourful array of artworks and architecture that brings it all together under one roof.

Workshops are offered to all children between the ages of 6 and 16. The workshop will begin between 10 am and 10:15 am and run uninterrupted until 1 pm.

Parents and guardians are requested to deliver their children to the Scheryn Arena on Level 0, after producing the Webtickets proof of payment for the workshop at the front desk/reception. Your children will be welcomed and registered by our friendly studio assistants. Please do not leave your children unattended in the reception area.

Children may also take a snack break between activities in the workshop venue. Children are reminded to wear activity clothes, but aprons are provided.

During the workshop, parents are invited to view our current exhibitions and/or relax at the Level 6 restaurant, Ocular Lounge, with beautiful views of the harbour. Standard museum admission applies.

To sustain the quality and continuity of this programme, a modest workshop fee has been introduced, effective from the end of February 2026.

Kindly note that booking on Webtickets is essential and workshop spots are limited.

Please book early to avoid disappointment.
