This multi-sensory discovery of the exhibition, And So The Stories Ran Away, has been designed for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Facilitated by a museum educator, children will enjoy a discovery of stories from Africa in the tunnels of the Zeitz MOCAA on Level -1. This children’s tour will focus on a different selection of African stories each month between October 2019 and March 2020. The interaction with artworks may include activities such as creative play, drawing, writing, reading and story-telling designed to suit children of varying abilities, interests and skill levels.
Children and parents are invited to meet in the Atrium Bowl at 11:00 where they will be met by a museum educator or one of the artists who will facilitate the tour.
