Attempting To Install Updates  uses easily accessible online voice-recognition software to capture complaints of staff and visitors at the Zeitz MOCAA. A residual piece, Applying Your Personal Settings (2018), showcases these complaints alongside a blurred video of the participants. In these works, digital communication seemingly fails to convey grievances in an effective manner.
