Lasting a full hour, this tour will walk you through the first three floors of the museum, unpacking the various ways in which artists on exhibition have used their own image, whether directly or indirectly, to raise questions about larger societal concerns.

Included in this tour are works by Samson Kambalu (Malawi), Zanele Muholi (South Africa), Mary Sibande (South Africa), Glenn Ligon (United States of America), Mohau Modisakeng (South Africa), Mouna Karray (Tunisia), and Thania Petersen (South Africa).

Please note this will be a training tour and young curators will join the tour as part of their training.
